Property information

Well furnished cottage for 12 people with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located approx. 700 meters to Marielyst Torv. There are two separate sleeping compartments with three bedrooms in one ward and two bedrooms in the other ward. Both departments have a bathroom with underfloor heating. The open kitchen is well equipped with many appliances and kitchen equipment, and there is a combined dining room and living room, where there is plenty of space to enjoy yourself by the wood stove with music from the stereo system. The cottage is energy saving as there is an air / air heat pump. There is also a washer and dryer. There is plenty of opportunity to enjoy in the swimming area by the pool, and there is internet as well as cable TV with many channels. In the garden on the 1959 m2 large plot there is the possibility to use swings and sandpit just as there is a large terrace, which invites to barbecue and sunbathing. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
