Welcome to this beautiful, spacious, and cozy place from aday-booking. It is 85 m² and is situated near the city center (5-10 min walk from local attractions - zoo, museums, etc.). The apartment is bright, with a beautiful Scandinavian minimalist design and contemporary furniture, a smart TV with HBO, Netflix, and other channels*, fully equipped roomy kitchen and bathroom. Free access to a fast and stable Wi-Fi connection is available 200/50Mbit. Our place embraces quietness and just to make your stay even more pleasant, a beautiful garden awaits for you outside the building where you can relax and enjoy some peace of mind. After each stay, we make sure that the entire apartment is cleaned thoroughly. *Please note that you can use Netflix, HBO, YouTube, etc., only with your own profile. Access: All guests have access to the parking lot which is located in front of the building, free of charge. Outside the building you will find yourself in front of a beautiful garden that is available for use. Space: You will feel at home in this luxury apartment. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, the kitchen is very spacious, modern, and new; it is fully equipped with all appliances, including stove and fridge. It also has cutlery, cookware, and basic cooking supplies. In the living room/common area there is a modern cozy sofa that can unfold into a bed. There is also a smart TV*, a dinner table for 4 people and a small coffee/laptop table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a washing machine, and essentials such as towels, shampoo, and soap. Baby highchairs and cots/cribs are not included in the reservation. This extra service must be ordered minimum 24 hours before check-in duvets and pillows for babies are not available.
