Undisturbed location in quiet cottage area with only 5 kilometers to Tranekær The cottage has large folding doors facing west, so you can enjoy the sunset over the sea all year round. Take a cold glass of wine out to the terrace on hot summer days or fire up the wood-burning stove when winter arrives. The cottage is decorated in a relaxed cottage style that invites you to spend lots of cozy moments. Just outside the door you'll find the Øhavsstien, one of Denmark's longest hiking routes. Put on your hiking boots and explore the nature of South Funen or visit the Medicinhaverne gardens in Tranekær, which bloom throughout the summer months. Langeland is an incredibly popular place to visit for fishing, and it doesn't hurt that the water is so close to the house. Meet Lisbeth Our summer house has always been very important to the family. It was built by Bjarne's father in 1965, so Bjarne has spent every summer in the house throughout his childhood. We bought the cottage a number of years ago and have subsequently renovated it both inside and out and built an annex on the property. We love being out on the terrace, enjoying the view and watching the sunset in the evening. We often use the beach and the jetty and take many walks in the area.
