Property information

Well located cottage with panoramic views of Ferring Lake, just approx. 200 meters from the lake. The cottage is practically furnished with a combined living room / kitchen. The living room has modern furniture, Flat screen TV with both German and Danish channels, DVD player, Chromecast so you can stream your own TV services, stereo with CD player and free internet. The house is also an activity house with table football and x-box one with div. games as well as outdoor soccer goals. There is direct access from the living room to the beautiful terrace, which is partially covered with good garden furniture, sun lounger and panoramic views of Ferring Lake, where you can enjoy dinner while the sun goes down over the water. Modern kitchen from 2018 with, among other things, ceramic stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, extractor hood and microwave. The house has a washing machine, dryer, freezer and high chair for the little ones. Bright bathroom with bathing area, shower and underfloor heating. A holiday home that must be experienced, and which is suitable for all seasons. Not for rent to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking.
