The area is distributed over two floors. On the first floor is floor heating and here the social life takes place in the kitchen-living room. From the kitchen, located in a corner, the cook can also watch the social events. From the living room it goes directly to a bedroom. On the first floor is also a beautiful bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. The ceilings on the 1st floor are open to below the ridge. This floor has a living room, light floors and two French alcoves. There is also a bedroom, one wall of which is formed by a closet with sliding doors. In front of the kitchen-living room is a sheltered terrace facing west, here you will dine neatly outdoors, whether at lunch or evening barbecue.
