Amenities: Washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, bathroom essentials, hot water, security cameras, and 2 uncovered parking spaces. Hot Water: The water heater will be available between the hours of 7am until 9pm local standard time daily. Power Backup: It is important to know that in the Dominican Republic there are power outages. An Inverter/batteries is available in case of blackout however, if there is a fault and the inverter/ batteries exceeds the continuous hours of use, the power will be turned off. Excessive Electricity Usage: Please be mindful of energy usage when leaving the apartment and ensure to turn off all lights, ACs etc. For Short Term Monthly Rental ONLY: Guests are responsible for Electric Consumption.
