“Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Zum Strand braucht man etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß aber dafür ist es wirklich ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Viel Platz und sehr gemütlich. Wir würden sofort wieder dort residieren.”

It is a private neighborhood with private properties. No parties or loud music is allowed. It is safe, beautiful and 5 minute walk to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and bars
