We are Julia & Stefan, a Dominican - Dutch couple that is living in Dominican Republic since 3 years. We are a young couple that has lived in many countries over the past 10 years. Tourism and hospitality changed from a dream to a reality when we took over Casa Delfin in 2014. After 4 months of remodelling we welcomed our first guests in June. We love travel, food, and surfing. And making our guests happy!

Property info

Our property in unique in many ways. When taking over Casa Delfin Guesthouse in 2014 we wanted to create something that would stand out, with lots of tropical colours and details. Examples of this are the 'crazy floor' style bathrooms, the furniture, the messages on the wall, the plants, outside decoration and so much more. We are always looking to improve and add, so our guests can enjoy the Caribbean experience in the best way possible. Casa Delfin has three levels: Downstairs there is a room and the Cafeteria, then on the second level there are 4 rooms, and on the top level is our 'superior room' which is on a private floor and features large terrace, mezzanine and ocean view.

Neighborhood info

Casa Delfin is located in a quiet and safe area. It is about 5 minutes walking to the Pueblo de los Pescadores where you can find many restaurants and bars. Center of town is 10 minutes walking. The beautiful Las Ballenas beach is right on our doorstep, only 1 minute walking. There is a colmado (small supermarket) next to the hotel. Close to us are renowned hotels Alisei and Coco Plaza.
