Dolce Villas at Harmony 2 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the first floor of a beautiful, resort-style building in a gated community. Custom made with our guests in mind, our goal is to provide the experience of a five star luxury hotel at less than half the price. The condo comes fully stocked with housewares, kitchen utensils, towels and linens. Community amenities include a huge swimming pool, fitness center, club house, massage room and a kid's playground. My name is Dulce Alvarez, owner and operator of Dolce Villas By Owner. I am originally from the Dominican Republic, currently living in New Jersey with my husband Rafael and dog Stubbs. I own two properties in Florida and one in the Dominican Republic which I enjoy renting out as vacation homes.
Conveniently located right off Autopista Duarte, minutes away from the Santiago strip which is full of restaurants and activities, 20 minutes to Cibao International Airport, near Las Sirenas (a popular store where you can buy groceries, clothes, electronics and many other items) and only an hour away from the spectacular beaches of Puerto Plata!
