Property info

Villas are located on the private area, on the territory of five-star «Iberostar Bavaro» complex, just 30 minutes drive from Punta Cana International Airport. They are surrounded by the colorful scenery of one of the largest in the Dominican Republic golf clubs, designed by P.B. Dye, and blossom tropical forests. Villas have its own swimming pool for fun. The size of villa la Perla is 226 m², comfortably accommodate 6 people, size of other villas is 350 m² for 8 people. Neat, tidy, guarded area is nicely decorated with exotic plants. Guests have free access to private beach club. There is a lounge area with BBQ outside, park of golf carts for rent. Extra payment for electricity is NOT included.The average price is about ten dollars a day. 5 m³ of water per day is included. If you spend more -you just pay extra 1 dollar for each m³. Five-star «Iberostar Bavaro» complex provides day passes, night passes or passes for the dinner only. If you don’t want to cook, that is a good option. If you are planning to have any visits from outside the Iberostate complex, please inform the villa manager in advance. All guests should follow the security protocol inside the property. Last minute visits are to be advised before 5 pm on weekdays and before 12 pm on Saturdays. If not advised before this time unfortunately security won’t let visitors in.

Neighborhood info

White beaches and sky-blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean are stretching just in five minutes drive from the villa. Our guests can enjoy all the infrastructure of the huge complex adjacent to the residence such as 3 km of white beaches, more than 30 restaurants and bars, sport clubs and tennis courts, massage rooms, a variety of pools and playgrounds, entertainment shows, discos and casinos. All for our guests to spend a great time.
