Property information

The foundation and ground floor of the building date back to around the 15th century, showcasing its historical roots. In 1879, the second floor was added, designed by architect N. Thamm. The entire building underwent a complete renovation in 2023, combining centuries-old character with modern comfort and functionality.

Neighbourhood information

This apartment is situated in one of the most vibrant areas in central Tallinn – Telliskivi. Once an old brick factory, the area has transformed into a lively hub filled with startup incubators, art studios, designer boutiques, and a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars. You’re just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Telliskivi, 3 minutes from the Balti Jaam Market and major public transport links, and less than a 15-minute walk from the Old Town.
