Duo Lofts were built in 1937. Known as the Telegraph House, the building was for a long time an important communication hub, where telegrams could be sent and long-distance calls could be made. The building was renovated in 2021. The building's high ceilings made it possible to design the building into cool lofts, which are great for both living or rental homes. The first floor of the building has a spacious lobby and you can find there also cozy cafes. The building has a private free gym, laundry room and a shared roof balcony to enjoy your morning coffee during summer. Thanks to the smart planning, everything needed is cleverly arranged in the small apartment. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a TV with 33 programs, free wifi, one Queen size bed for two people on the second floor of the 1,7 m high loft part. The building also has an elevator and there is 24/7 keyless access to the apartment.

The location is exceptional, right on the main street to Tartu Town Hall Square. You can find many restaurants and cafes there. Also, most of the attractions can be found within walking distance. Tartu has a public transportation system, however you can also use Bolt or taxi. Every day, bells ring out from the tower of the Town Hall. Its 18 bells were forged in the bell foundry in Karlsruhe, Germany, and 16 bells were cast for the 15th anniversary of bell-ringing at the Royal Eijsbouts Belfry in the Netherlands. Do not miss the Botanic Garden especially during summer and autumn. It is located only 150 m across the street. Just crab a coffee and pastry from downstair bakery and enjoy the beauty.
