The brand-new two-story penthouse offers luxurious living with breathtaking views. The top floor provides panoramic vistas of Tallinn, including Old Town, the city center, Tallinn Bay, and Harku Lake. The interior is modern, elegant and air-conditioned. The second level boasts an amazing glass-walled sauna with superb views. The 3BR penthouse comes fully furnished and includes 3 parking spaces and 2 storage units. It's conveniently located with nearby amenities and attractions.

Grocery stores, shopping centers, sports clubs and beautiful seaside promenades are only a short walk from the apartment building. The center of Tallinn is only a 10-minute drive away. Exciting sights are just a short walk away. Nearby are, for example, the Unibet Arena where concerts and shows take place, the Ice Rink for hockey and ice skating enthusiasts, and the Tallinn Zoo for nature lovers. Kakumäe Haven with its yacht club, restaurants and events is within reach. The Estonian Open Air Museum is a fascinating mix of history and park. Kakumäe Beach offers a pleasant beach holiday or nice walks on surrounding walking paths. Penthouse 106 visitors have 3 parking spaces in the garage of the apartment building, the use of which is included in the accommodation price. There are several different bus stops within a radius of approx. 300 m from the apartment building, the buses departing from which have a close connection to the city center.
