We will be happy to help you and dispel your doubts. •Guest will be required to sign a RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT, at check-in. •Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. •In according to Egyptian law, foreigner (or non Muslims) staying with Egyptian or other Muslim person must provide the correct legal paperwork at check in. •Egyptian/ Muslims staying together must provide Official Marriage papers at check-in. •Guests that are evicted by Police or resort security for any reason whatsoever will be consider to have cancelled their reservation. In this case, guests are not entitled to any claims or refund. •Guests are obliged to secure the apartment and lock it during the residential lease agreement. Please keep apartment clean during your visit. •Lost a key or locked yourself out – repair fees apply. •Pool cards must be returned at check-out. There is a fee 2500 LE for any pool card not returned at check out. •Damages to linens/towels, including stains – will be paid by the tenant. •Guests who choose to leave apartment before check-out time, are not entiled to a request a refund for the period they don’t use. •Check out will be done in person with one of our staff member, this is mandatory – please check out with us, not jus leave.
