Please note that pool heating is optional and costs 600egp/a day extra. In order to have the Pool warm, please inform us minimum 2 days before your arrival to switch it on. It takes 2 days to be heated. The heated pool temperature is maintained above 26-28 degrees as per international standards. In case of windy and lower temperature days, it is common that water feels colder.

IMPORTANT NOTICE (please read this before booking): As per El Gouna town regulations, Egyptian nationals staying together in the same unit must provide a valid marriage certificate. To facilitate your entry into El Gouna, we kindly request the following upon booking: 1. Clear copies of all guests’ IDs (front and back of Egyptian ID) or passports 2. A copy of the marriage certificate (for Egyptian couples) Please note: Entry is subject to approval by El Gouna town.
