This unique SPACIOUS 2 bedroom property is in the middle of DOWNTOWN area with many restaurants, bars, pharmacy, supermarkets, groceries, barber etc..all u need to buy is just a few steps away and delivery avaialable ! The compund is very small and quiet. It is perfect for couples (for Egyptians; married couples), families, friends and also elederly people.
The ClubHouse & La Playa (Beach Clubs), Coconut (fancy dining), Zia Emelia (Italian) , Chicha & Bodega (Mexican ) Greek, Swiss, Steak, Fried Chicken, Egyptian & Seafood restaurants and bars are a few steps away.
