Spacious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment is located in newly built compound Waterside inside El Gouna. The View: -Terrace, living room & dining area share a breathtaking view of Lagoon & Pool. -Master bedroom & 2nd bedroom overlooking lagoon & pool. -3rd bedroom has a mountains view. Private rooftop can be accessed from outdoor stairs: Sunbeds & seating area have a marvelous view of Lagoon, Pool & Mountains from back side. Relax & enjoy stylish mix of Ancient Nubian style & modern comfort touch. The space Ideally located 5-6 minutes driving away from the marina and downtown. The large shared Infinity pool is right downstairs in front of the apartment. There are 3 bedrooms (Master bedroom with in-suite bathroom, Two bedrooms each with 2 single beds), a cozy open-space living room, dining area, terrace with marvelous view and open kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a nanny room with bunk bed & its private toilet and shower. Nani room can accommodate additional 2 adults with extra charge.
