Amazing apartment in the heart of Hurghada! Our place will make you feel as if you are at home and offer you endless peace of mind with its panoramic view. With this prime location, you will be able to roam around downtown Hurghada on foot. It has an artistic feel with shades of blue that reflect the amazing view. With access to a private beach beach and a private pool guests can simply enjoy their stay without even leaving the compound. The Views Residence is a gated community, with 24/7 security. Parking cars in the compound is for residents,. And tenants staying more than 3 months, free parking available in the street.
We would like to interact with guests as much as possible to ensure that they are comfortable and enjoying their stay. If there are any inquiries, it would be highly appreciated that guests communicate with us!
The apartment is in the heart of Hurghada with various restaurants in the compound. It is 300m away from Mahmeya beach, 1.4km from Hurghada downtown, ten minutes from the airport.
Getting around is easy by foot and guests will find it easy to get a taxi.
The Full apartment with panoramic view of Hurghada is located in the gated community of the View résidence, and this community applies hôtel regulations, these regulations are for local citizens meaning any Egyptian citizen male or female will have to present a marriage certificate, Egyptian couples who fail to present a marriage certificate will not be able to book, also is applicable for Egyptians with foreigners. So please make sure to comply with the registrations.
