One of the bedrooms is a master bedroom, which means it comes with an attached bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a big bathroom. The apartment also features a spacious living room with a terrace that offers breathtaking views of the Nile. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.

According to our Private building social law for rental properties, which have diplomatic people living and the surrounding nature where our building is located as it is a family-oriented area • A marriage certificate is REQUIRED for couples who are staying together or visiting the apartment, "Foreigners and Egyptians. (Orfi or official)". • Mixed-gender groups are not allowed except for proven siblings and relatives. • Mixed visits are not allowed as the building is family oriented. ( You are allowed to rent more than one studio if you are not married and meet only in the shared area of the Garden across the street. ) * Copies of valid IDs or passports of all registered guests and their visitors are required to guarantee a seamless check-in experience. * ( Visitors ) - Only visitors from the same gender are allowed with prior approval from AB. AB has the right to reject any visitor without clarification for the reasons. In case of acceptance, a visitor id is mandatory to be submitted to AB reception desk. • No smoking. • No Alcohol or drugs. • No pets. • No Parties or events. •Check-in time is 15:00. •Check-out time is 11:00.
