Welcome to the Royal Blue Villa, it will be our pleasure to welcome you.
The villa is perfect for famillies or group of friends.
The villa has in the front garden a coverd carpark
There is a pool table, a football table and for the kids a huge wooden playground with swings.
The back garden, has a private swimming pool, after taking a swim you can have a shower in the outdoor shower. And relax on the sunbeds or have a cup of tea in the lounge area under the pergola.
In the evening, you can have a BBQ and have a nice dinner outisde on the big dinning table. maybe want to play some ping pong in the mean time?
There is more than enough sitting areas to sit all together, or if you want moment alone time you will also find it in the garden.
Ready to do some fitness, the garden has a fitness area with weights, running machine etc..
Lets go inside, the villa has 3 bedrooms 1 down and 2 large bedrooms up.
You have a fully equiped kitchen, toaster, grill, dolce guesto, oven, microwave, dishwasher a wasingmachine all is there.
Comfortable sitting area with Satelite Tv and Netflix and boardgames.
under the stairs a play area for the kids with lots of toys.
Up you will come in a second living room with smart tv with netflix and playstation4 with games like Fifa23, Spyro, Uncharted and many more. And a coffee and tea corner and a fridge.
The bedroom has a extra massage chair
To fully relax in the huge bathroom the is a jacuzzi to bubble away
The villa really has all what you need, from towels, toiletpaper, sheets shampoo etc we have it.
