Incredible luxury apartment, with top quality finishes, micro-perforated ceiling with LED lights, roof terrace with dining room and outdoor shower, chill out area, air conditioning, all appliances, come and see this wonder and you will not want to leave.

Neighbourhood information

It is located in a small coastal cove about twelve kilometers from the town center. One minute walk from Playa Méndez, in a coastal area full of beaches, coves, natural pools and wonderful views. The neighborhood has all the services, you can walk to restaurants, supermarkets, bars, cafes... The area has bus lines that you can combine to get to any point on the island, it also has taxis, but the easiest way to explore this wonderful island is always to have a rental car with which you can move freely around all the corners.
