Located on a quiet street, the apartment offers beautiful ocean views and a stunning sunset from its rooftop terrace (with 2 sun loungers, a small table, and 2 chairs). The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for small families or groups of friends. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kitchenware for home cooking. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. There's also a washing machine for your clothes. Within walking distance of the apartment, with a couple of stair shortcuts, are: - Bus stop (3 min) - Nearest good surfing spot (> 3 min)
