The property is meticulously maintained, offering an oasis of pure relaxation. Completely fenced, this finca features a large swimming pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a children's playground and a private tennis court. Outstanding Features: - Ideal Location: Less than 10 km from some of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches, perfect for enjoying great days at the beach. - Spacious Living Room: With open plan kitchen and large dining table, ideal for family gatherings. - Spacious Terraces: Most of our guests spend their time on the spacious terraces, where you will find a large outdoor barbecue. Perfect for amateur cooks to prepare delicious delicacies over a wood fire. Behind the finca, the friendly owner maintains a large orange grove and vineyard, adding a special touch to the experience. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge this, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment. - A refundable deposit is charged. - Parties are not allowed. - In order to comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house. - Central heating extra cost (Optional)
