Ideal for 3 groups of friends or families, who wish to share a vacation enjoying together but independently. Unlike rural houses that rent rooms individually, we rent the entire house with its 3 spacious homes (3 tourist licenses). So they can enjoy the common patio exclusively with their friends or family without having to share it with other people. The 182m2 duplex on the ground floor with two large bedrooms, one has a double bed and the other a double and single bed, each with its own bathroom and on the first floor a large living room, dining room, kitchen with pantry and small toilet. Across the patio, a 61m2 ground floor loft with a living area with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub shower and a kitchen-diner. And another loft on the first floor of 80m2 with a kitchen-dining room, a living room with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. In the central patio, there is an 88m2 outdoor area, a 20m2 porch and a 12m2 storage room.
