This is a ground-floor apartment with a view of the sea. It is modern and stylish and perfect for up to four guests. The master bedroom has one double-bed (and a flat-screen TV) while two children would share a separate bedroom. The second bedroom can also accommodate two adults. There is a large terrace equipped with a table and four chairs, a swinging seat, and two sunbeds. Inside there is a stylish breakfast bar with four adjustable stools, a four-person sofa and, of course, a kitchen equipped with a microwave and grill, a three hotplate ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a fridge freezer. A washing machine is in the bathroom. A garage is available in summer. The rest of the year there is plenty of parking along the road.

We live less than 30 minutes away so are always available if there should be a problem.

Cap Ras is very special. For a start it is a protected area on account of its woods, magnificent pines and unspoiled coastline. There are no hotels on Cap Ras, no shops, no high rise buildings and no campsites. If you seek tranquility this is the place. If you like watersports, hiking and cycling you will be happy. Very happy. If you seek nightlife this is not the place for you. (But there are plenty of bars and restaurants a short drive away.) The local beach is just 50 paces from the apartment and there are others close by such as Grifeu, renowned for its sand, and Garbet, where there are little coves popular with nudists.
