Live a perfect vacation in our cozy 2 bedroom apartment, located just 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the vibrant boulevard of Estepona center. We offer you all the amenities of our home along with the facilities offered by the urbanization to make you feel at home and make the most of the time you spend here.

The apartment has a spacious living-dining room with large open kitchen and a nice terrace overlooking the park and the sea in the background. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, one of them with double bed and the other with two single beds. In the living room there is the possibility of a sofa bed, so the apartment is ready to receive 6 tenants. On the terrace you can enjoy watching the sunrise in the east and sunbathing in the morning. You can also enjoy refreshing dinners under the moonlight and the stars.
The urbanization has a communal pool for adults and children, gym, jacuzzi, sauna and coworking space. It also has an outdoor communal picnic area. All prepared for your well-being and your rest with family or friends.
We have all kinds of kitchen utensils, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and everything you may need for a comfortable stay. We also have a washing machine. And intelligent digital TV connected to the WIFI network. With the rent is included clean bed linen, electricity and water consumption and shower towels, beach and pool towels have to bring them.
You must respect the rules of the house and the urbanization that will be sent to you.

The apartment is located in a neighborhood of newly built urbanizations, so everything is very new and well maintained. It is very close to the center of Estepona and the new boulevard.
In a radius of 5 minutes by car you can find supermarkets like Lidl, Aldi and a future Mercadona. And in the new boulevard of Estepona, just 15 minutes walk from the apartment, you can find all kinds of restaurants, bars and stores.
Right next to the apartment there is a Paddel club with a restaurant and cafeteria very good for breakfast and coffee or tea time.
