You'll enjoy air conditioning, ceiling fans, high-speed WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, and more. Pets are welcome, and Peñíscola is just a 10-minute drive away. Located in the sought-after Playa Gurugú area, the home is just steps from beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets (6 minutes on foot), and the coastal bike path. El Barranquet dog-friendly beach is only 500 m away — ideal if you're travelling with your pet. Please note that the beach directly in front of the house is rocky, so we recommend water shoes. The ground floor has been fully renovated with a modern design, and new PVC double-glazed windows throughout the property ensure thermal and acoustic insulation for a peaceful stay. During the day, enjoy the lively coastal atmosphere; at night, relax in a calm and quiet setting. Please note: there is nearby construction work taking place between 09:00 and 16:00. Sound insulation and earplugs are provided for your comfort. During the month of August, they do not work.
