Property information

The villa Alma is located between Moraira and Javea, both presenting a perfect holiday retreat for couples. Moraira and Javea offer us some of the most astonishing coves and beaches of the beautiful Costa Blanca, a large variety of bars and restaurants, and a nearby golf course located only 3 Km. away from the villa. Alma has a large parking space for 1 car. Following some stairs up, we find a spacious terrace with a private swimming pool, sunbeds, and a BBQ area, all surrounded by a subtle traditional Mediterranean-style garden. By the pool, stairs lead up to the bottom apartment, presenting us with one double bedroom, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy lounge equipped with Sat+TV. From the lounge, we flow into a small balcony from which we can enjoy the view of Teulada-Moraira hills. The upper level remains closed and empty during the holiday rental period.
