From every corner of the house, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and a peaceful setting, sheltered from the wind and refreshed by a gentle breeze both day and night. With more than 300 m² of outdoor terraces, this villa has been designed for open-air living. Spacious chill-out areas, an outdoor dining space, a solarium, and a private pool invite you to relax under the Mediterranean sun. Layout of the Villa The villa is spread across three floors: Main floor: large living room with direct access to the terraces, chill-out area, and private pool. First floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining room with access to the terrace, and one double bedroom (convertible into two single beds). Second floor: master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, plus an additional double bedroom (convertible into two single beds) and a separate bathroom. Comfort & Amenities Air conditioning in the bedrooms and fans in the chill-out and lounge areas. Sheltered from the wind, ideal for enjoying the outdoors all year round. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, below we detail the extra costs of each: Additional information: - Payment can be made by Visa credit card (with a 3% commission) or by bank transfer. - Refundable damage deposit, 7 days after Check-Out: 1,000 euros for weekly rentals, 1,500 euros for monthly rentals. - Surcharge for 2 families (7 or 8 guests): +1000 euros/week Mandatory fees for our vacation villas in Sitges: - Tourist tax: 1 euro per adult over 16 years old, per day, during the first seven days. Check-In and Check-Out times: - Check-In: between 17:00 and 20:00 on Saturday. - Check-Out: at 10:00 on Saturday.
