Eva, from Jerez and settled in Seville since 2004, offers beautiful accommodations in ‘Casas con Encanto’ offering her guests in an outstanding and personal way, the opportunity to get to know the beautiful Seville and other destinations in Andalusia, becoming the best cicerona. Hence the name ‘Eva Recommends’. We are a great team who put soul and passion into our work. We are obliged by law to provide the personal details of all guests who are staying with us to the relevant government authorities. This information is contained in your passport or national identity card. You must provide the Advance Information via a secure network at least 24 hours before the day of arrival. We request a security deposit to protect us from any damage or accident which allows us to have a guarantee that we are covered, the pre-authorisation will be processed through a secure network at least 24h before the day of arrival. Failure to return keys or loss of keys will incur a charge which will be deducted from the security deposit. Rules: It is not allowed to accommodate people not registered in the reservation. No parties, disturbing guests or neighbours, loud music. We have systems to control the decibel level. Failure to comply with the rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the full amount of the stay as a penalty, or immediate expulsion from the accommodation. 🐾We are Pet Friendly - on request. Also, crossing the emblematic Triana Bridge is a great experience, where you will find the Virgen del Carmen Chapel, patron saint of sailors. The house has been recently refurbished with 5 magnificent flats, with a beautifully simple, authentic and modern design. Comfortable and spacious flats where you can relax after a day of sightseeing in beautiful Seville. They are very bright, with high beamed ceilings, with balconies overlooking the lively street where you can enjoy the local atmosphere. If you are looking for an authentic experience in one of Seville's liveliest areas, Eva Recommends Triana is the perfect choice. Free WiFi connection and air conditioning hot/cold, TV, kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, iron, bed linen and towels and complete kitchenware. Bathroom with shower and living room with integrated kitchen. It is in a completely renovated house with 5 flats with lift. They have a sofa bed suitable for two people, a flat screen TV and a dining table. The kitchen is integrated in the living room and is well equipped. It is an ideal choice for those looking to get into the local life and discover Seville. For families and groups you can book more flats in the same building and stay all together. The Triana neighbourhood is one of the most popular and authentic neighbourhoods in Seville. It is located on the other side of the Guadalquivir River, just opposite the historic city centre. It is known for its rich history, culture and traditions, as well as its vibrant atmosphere. Triana is a lively and colourful neighbourhood, with narrow streets and whitewashed houses reflecting the typical architectural style of the region. The neighbourhood has a wealth of shops, bars, restaurants and squares that make it very popular with visitors and locals alike. One of the highlights of Triana is the Mercado de Triana, which is located on Calle San Jorge. The market is a place where locals shop for fresh produce and handicrafts, and is a must for those who want to experience the local culture. Triana is also known for its tapas bars and restaurants, where you can try traditional Sevillian dishes such as tortilla de camarones (shrimp omelette), pescaíto frito (fried fish) or croquetas de jamón (ham croquettes).
