In the old town, close to shops and restaurants This cosy townhouse offers you the perfect combination of tranquillity and adventure, located between the impressive Sierra de Bernia and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. The house is stylishly decorated, spread over three floors (160 m2), and features a rooftop terrace. The spacious rooms are adorned with traditional Spanish details and are equipped with air conditioning, heating, and WiFi. You are in an authentic Spanish village, just 5 minutes by car from the Algar waterfalls, 10 minutes from a public pool, and 15 minutes from Altea and the beaches. On the ground floor, you will find the living-dining room with a large corner sofa, TV, a spacious table for six people, and a fully equipped kitchen with electric hobs, coffee maker, kettle, oven, and toaster. Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms: the first has a double bed and a single bed, the second bedroom features a double bed and beautiful mountain views. Both bedrooms have attached sitting areas with a sofa bed and an extra dining corner. The rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of the mountains and the picturesque village. The village itself is an undiscovered blend of historic charm and modern amenities. Callosa D'Ensarria, where the mountains meet the sea. The house offers you WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, made beds, bed linen and towels, washing machine, and pets are allowed. There is air conditioning and heating in both bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen. Mountain views. Not suitable for groups of young people or loud parties.
