Beautiful ground floor house with capacity for a maximum of 5 people (with a maximum of 4 adults), with sea views. DOES NOT INCLUDE BED LINEN OR TOWELS. The apartment is completely renovated and with aluminum shutters, it is distributed in two rooms: one with a double bed of 150x190 and the other with a bunk bed of 80x190, dining room with sofa-bed of 130x190, television, a complete bathroom and the kitchen which is fully equipped with utensils, induction plate, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker... The apartment has air conditioning. At the back of the house there is a small terrace-solarium, from where you can walk to the free parking lot. At the front of the house, access is via small stairs and at the entrance there is a charming porch with views of the sea and the S'Aranella Lighthouse. ALL YEAR ROUND. ALSO AVAILABLE IN WINTER. With fireplace, radiators and blankets. WOOD IS NOT INCLUDED. An ideal place to disconnect and enjoy in a natural environment of unique beauty next to Cap de Creus.
I have made sure that the apartment has all the comforts so that they feel at home and are located in a spectacular natural environment for all the senses, to relax and merge with the sea and nature. I love walking in the mountains with my kids, traveling and strolling by the sea. I will be happy to make your stay an unforgettable experience. Welcome to the apartment where you will feel part of the Costa Brava and Cap de Creus. The apartment DOES NOT INCLUDE BED LINEN OR TOWELS. Especially quiet area next to the ring road that connects Llançà and the Port de la Selva, from where you can access on foot small beaches and coves that will captivate you.
