Nice and spacious apartment (140 m2 + 48 m2 terrace) so quiet fullness. Birdsong in winter and cicadas song in summer. So peaceful. Situated on Santa Maria Golf resort, Marbella. One of the fanciest area of Marbella where the 5 stars hotels such as the Marriot or the don Carlos hotels are located. The apartment is located a few meters from the main swimming pool. There is a total of 3 swimming pools. The main one has also a kids swimming pools. Electric roller blinds in all the apartment, Ultra silence a/c and 40 cm thick high-quality mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with also a steam cooker and the tree options coffee (Nespresso, filter or Italian one). As well, you'll find a wine cooler, so you can enjoy your wine at 16 degrees even in Marbella. On the terrace, you have a table for up to 12 pax. 2 rectangular table for you to get a nice big square one, or a longer one. In the main bedroom, you also have a TV and a desk for you to check your mails quietly. Have an attached bathroom. Queen size bed. You have a second bedroom with a queen size bed. UK and US TV available The 3rd bedroom has a bed you can convert in a double bed, and has a bunk bed
Frederic is French and Luwana is Brazilian / Japonese. They lived in Brazil and in China and are now based in Madrid. They have 2 kids.
It is a neighborhood considered the best in Marbella. That's where the five-star hotels are like the Don Carlos or the Marriot. There is a very close shopping center with tapas bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. Less than 10 km away, Lidl, Aldi, Supersol, Supercor. Hypermarkets 15 km away, Alcampo and Carrefour. The commercial center of La Cañada is 10 km away. There are no more than 13 golf courses 20 km away from the house. The Santa María club house is just 600m away from the house. Porto Banus is 25km away. Marbella is a very arge city along the sea and mountain. Car is required for every move.
