Apartament znajduje się na pierwszym piętrze kamienicy na starym mieście , ma 100m2 i oddzielne wejście . W każdym pokoju jest wentylator sufitowy , wygodne łóżka i piękne kafle na podłogach , mieszkanie jest bardzo klimatyczne , urządzone w spójnym stylu z dbałością o detale. Posiada wspólną część jadalną z dużym wygodnym stołem i siedziskami . Dwie sypialnie posiadają balkony i rolety przeciwsłoneczne. Na dachu znajduje się duży taras z widokiem na morze.
Gospodarzem obiektu jest Marta , kobieta zamężna i niezależna zarazem , hedonistka , kochająca życie, naturę i dobre jedzenie. Mieszka z trójką przyjaciół : mężem , psem i kotem.
Puerto de Sagunto ma piękną , szeroką, piaszczystą plażę, oznaczoną błękitną flagą. Wzdłuż morza ciągnie się pasaż z mnóstwem restauracji z lokalną kuchnią. Dwa razy w tygodniu odbywa się targ owocowo-warzywny. Miasto jest świetnie skomunikowane z Walencją /autobus 115, 114, 116/ . Lotnisko znajduje się 30 km stąd i można do niego dojechać autobusem i metrem.
