The life in Plencia's Villa, founded in 1299 and dedicated to the fishing whale in his epoch, turns around the river, the beach and the sea. The apartment, recently renewed, is in the port, opposite to the river and near the historical center of the Villa. It has a rapid access to the walk that it crosses, from the river mouth, the whole bay, which thankfully is protected environmentally, leaving his natural beauty for the enjoyment of the walkers. Plencia is to 25 km from Bilbao and connected by the underground, which comes to the center of the capital in 45 minutes. From the apartment, walking along the river, it takes 15 minutes to the underground.
We like surfing in Plencia's beach or in the nearby beaches of Barrika and Sopelana, but also the walks along the river in SUP (Stand up Paddle) or in kayak.
The historical center of Plencia's Villa has very much captivation, his Church, his fishermen's restored well houses, his places where to take the appetizer... though the life is center at the port and his long walk along the Bay, afoot well ó in bicycle. Also the paths that cross the coast. The rainy days and in winter, the life is more solitary, but always there is one who encourages to stretch the legs, sheltered good. The sunny days, and in summer, Plencia fills with people anxious to live with the nature, the sea and the beach.
