My name is Javier. I’m a great lover of nature, the mountains, the beach, sports, cinema, and above all, TRAVELING — to discover the incredible hidden gems the world has to offer, explore new cities, and meet the people who live in them. Hosting guests in my apartment is another way of traveling for me — discovering new cultures through the travelers who choose my place for their stay in Águilas.

What I offer my guests is a charming apartment, fully renovated, well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It features two large bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a fully furnished kitchen open to the living room, and a small outdoor terrace — perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Very bright and airy. The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. It’s an old building, but in good condition. A perfect retreat for your holiday, just a few steps from the beach.

Located in an excellent area close to restaurants, supermarkets (Mercadona just 500m away), and everything you need for a perfect stay. Nearby beaches include PLaya Calarreona, La Higuerica, La Carolina, and Los Cocedores, heading towards San Juan de los Terreros. Parking is generally quite easy; however, during the summer months—especially July and August—it can be more challenging due to the high number of tourists in the area, but it's still manageable. Close to the starting point of the Blue Trail of "Los Cocedores", a 4.2 km one-way route of easy difficulty. The trail runs along the beaches and coves between Águilas and Playa de los Cocedores, and passes by three historic bunkers located along this stretch of coast. The route also covers part of the protected landscape of Cuatro Calas.
