Flat located in the historic centre of Estepona, very close to the beach, just 6 minutes walking distance.
It has two bedrooms with double bed of 150 cm, air conditioning in each room, a complete bathroom with shower and washing machine and another bathroom with toilet and washbasin, living room and fully equipped kitchen.
It is located in a building with two flats on two floors without lift and has a large terrace half shared with the other flat.
