The La Cancela apartment is a beautiful 70 m2 holiday home with a large 300m2 outdoor space with terrace and garden. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, wifi, parking and views of the town and the garden. Located in Las Breñas, in a rural environment, but only 15 minutes by car from Playa Blanca. Disconnect from the routine in this unique and relaxing accommodation. La Cancela apartment it has a living-dining room with free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with a flat screen and a dining table, ideal for having breakfast contemplating the views through the window or using it to telework. The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, electric juicer, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine and complete kitchenware. It also offers 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, large closets and large windows that allow you to enjoy views of the gardens and natural light.From the living room, there is access to the terrace covered with a pergola and an outdoor table that allows you to sit outdoors to contemplate the landscape and enjoy the tranquility of the town. The apartment has a large garden with cacti and plants from the island.

Las Breñas is a small town located in the southwest of Lanzarote on the slopes of the Los Ajaches mountain and only 11 km from Playa Blanca. The ideal place to rest and at the same time be close to tourist attractions, such as Las Playas de Papagayo and Las Salinas de Janubio. It is one of the best spots on the island to photograph and enjoy the sunsets.
