Property information

Se trata de un apartamento situado en zona muy tranquila, entre Aguadulce y Roquetas de Mar desde el que se puede acceder a la playa andando en cinco minutos, rica en praderas de Posidonia y con una interesante y variada fauna submarina. El puerto deportivo de Aguadulce está a 4,8 km, (12 min. en coche). El de Roquetas a 6 km, (10 min en coche). Las Salinas es una zona verde donde se puede pasear o dar un buen paseo en bici contemplando las aves que pasan aquí el verano en las zonas húmedas. Cerca, pasado Roquetas, está Punta Entinas con un paisaje esplendido donde se pueden admirar los flamencos.

Neighbourhood information

A cinco 15 minutos, andando, se puede disfrutar de un excelente restaurante, con buena relación calidad-precio y con un variado surtido de pescado fresco excelente. También se tapea. Muy agradable es tomar unas sardinas asadas con una buena cerveza muy fría en el chiringuito Villa África al que se llega andando por la playa en 15 min. Igualmente es muy atractivo el puerto deportivo por la noche, para cenas y copas. aconsejable ver el Acuarium con amplia representación de variadas especies de peces de nuestro entorno y sumergirse con los tiburones con equipo autónomo.
