The apartment Apartmento Panorama X0025 has 68 m² of living space, one bedroom, free WiFi, living-dining room, kitchen renovated in 2024, bathroom and a 20 m² terrace with awning and impressive views of the sea. Access to the apartment is via a few steps from the street, where you can park. It is located just 50 meters from the community pool. The pools at the Pueblo Panorama complex are impressive, infinity, on two levels, offering unobstructed views of the horizon and the Mediterranean. It is the most photogenic place at the top of Puig Llorença in Cumbre del Sol, Benitatxell. The living-dining room has a sofa, wicker armchairs, television and radiators. The kitchen, renovated in 2024, is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven and everything necessary for cooking (dishes, utensils, etc.). It has a bedroom with a 150 cm double bed, radiator and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine and window to the outside. The large 20 m² terrace is furnished and has a sliding awning under a pergola, offering panoramic views of the sea. Street parking is available.
