On the eastern coast of Tenerife in Candelaria, less than 2 minutes walking from the seaside, the modern Apartment Superior is in a residential complex with a pool and boasts a balcony with a spectacular ocean view. Located on the 5th floor, the apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (see bed distribution below) as well as 2 bathrooms (one ensuite with a bathtub) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and cable television. On your spacious balcony, furnished with a dining table, marvel at the spectacular view of the nearby sea and enjoy a glass of wine. In the communal outdoor area of the property, you will find a shared pool open all year, which is surrounded by sun loungers and equipped with an outdoor shower. Due to the apartment’s ideal location, you can reach a supermarket and a selection of cafes and restaurants in 3 minutes walking (300 m). The centre of Candelaria, with a larger selection of shops, bars and eateries is furthermore only 1.2 km or a 16-minute walk away. The closest beach with black sand and pebbles, Playa Caletillas, awaits you just 3 minutes walking (250 m) from your front door. The property has a garage available for one car.
