In Alcúdia, just a few metres from the beach, the holiday home "Venecia" is located on the 1st floor of a house that belongs to a residence with a shared pool. The apartment is ideal for family holidays and consists of a light-flooded living/dining room, a well-equipped open kitchen with a counter, 3 bedrooms (one with a single bed, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed for 2 people) as well as a modern bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 5 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and in all bedrooms, satellite TV, toys, children's books, a baby cot and a high chair. In the outdoor area there is a private, covered balcony with an awning, a dining table and chairs, from where you can admire the well-kept garden and the pool. Start your day with a delicious breakfast or round off warm summer evenings with a glass of full-bodied wine. In the shared garden you will also find a 42 m² pool, outdoor showers and a children's pool for the younger guests. Thanks to the ideal location of the accommodation there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafés in the immediate vicinity and the nearest beach, Playa Alcúdia, is 250 m away. This dreamlike beach with crystal-clear, turquoise water awaits your visit and promises guests relaxing holidays. The accommodation is also 3.9 km from S'Albufera de Mallorca, a natural park, and less than 3 km from the famous Alcanada Golf. Parking is available on the property.
