El aprt esta dentro de una Urbanización privada con seguridad por cámaras de vigilacia 24H, con parking justo delante del apartamento, en planta baja con jardin y pergola con lampara, para comer/cenar, barbacoa de gas en una esquina del jardín de 90m2, en primera linea del Playazo de Vera con mas de 7 km de arena que va desde Villaricos hasta Garrucha y luego se une con la de Mojacar que serian otros 10 km, cuenta con capacidad maxima para 6 personas, cocina totalmente equipada, Aire acondicionado, ventiladores de techo y radiadores así como dos baños Ademas la Urb cuenta con piscina justo delante del mar, con salida directa al paseo, cuenta con vestuarios y baños, campo de mini golf, parque infantil y zonas verdes, abierto los 365 dias al año
Colaborador y amante de la naturaleza y los animales
Los vecinos y la gente de la urbanización y alrededores suele ser de Madrid, Murcia o Granada y ademas algunos extranjeros como ingleses o daneses, es gente amable y respetuosa que suelen pasar unos dias con la familia
