Central Sevilla apartment with cathedral view terrace

Located in the centre of Sevilla, Apartamentos Alemanes Gradas offer apartments with furnished terraces that look onto Sevilla’s Cathedral and its Giralda tower. They all have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Decorated in white and cream colours, the apartments feature pretty tiled walls in their bathrooms and art work in their lounges, as well as spiral staircases. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, hob, fridge and dishwasher. Shared laundry facilities are also available and are free of charge. Sevilla’s Alcazar is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the apartments and Plaza de España is about 20 minutes away. Sevilla airport is a 15-minute drive and can also be reached in public transport.

Property information

These exclusive apartments with private terraces are located opposite to the most popular monument in Seville: The Cathedral. This is the only building of the city located opposite to "la Giralda". The incredible views you will have of it from all the apartments will make your stay unique. The building from the 19th Century was highly refurbished. Located at the old market square from the 15th and 16th Centuries and mentioned by the Spanish greatest author Miguel de Cervantes. The apartments combine high quality, comfort and style all together and stand out by their precious and delicated decor: the Ziegler carpets from Pakistan and white marble floors.

Neighbourhood information

The location of the apartments is unique and exclusive at the city of Seville, have a look through the windows and you will admire the most beautiful monuments in the city: the Cathedral, "La Giralda" and the Royal Alcazar. The building is located at the quarter of Santa Cruz, full of narrow sreets for pedestrians and small beautiful squares. Surrounding the building, you will find many restaurants, specially in Mateos Gago street and, for those who like cooking, you also have a supermarket 5 minutes far from the apartment by walking. Also, our guests can enjoy the traditional flamenco shows in a bar on the same street or a museum 5 minutes far from the apartment.
