A renovated building in Conil de la Frontera, located close to the beach and public parking areas. It consists of three independent apartments: On the ground floor, there is a 2-bedroom apartment. The patio is shared and outdoor furniture is restricted to those staying on the ground floor. On the first floor, a 2-bedroom apartment without a balcony. On the second floor, a 3-bedroom duplex spread over two levels, featuring a private terrace with charming views of the surroundings. There is no lift/elevator, but the stairs are comfortable and easy to access. All apartments have air conditioning and central heating. 🚭Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a financial penalty. ❌No parties or events are allowed. Pets are not allowed. ⚠️ A security deposit will be requested before arrival via bank transfer. The amount and payment details will be provided after the booking is confirmed. The deposit will be refunded between 72 hours and 7 days after check-out, in accordance with Booking's policies.
