- Please note that once 100% of the amount has been paid and there are less than 15 days until check-in, no refund will be made.

- Any damages or loss to the property caused by guest, including smoking outside designated areas or the breach of any of the rules, will incure a charge that will be shared and agreed on during the check-in of 400€. Any breach of house rules or damage to the property may result in the use of deposit money for its repair, as stipulated in the contract with the property.
