The Gandía Familiar 3000 Apartments are located in the coastal area of Gandía, a few minutes walk from the beach and the promenade. These accommodations represent the ideal option for families and groups of friends who wish to spend a wonderful vacation near the sea, in a warm and cozy atmosphere. We have various types of apartments available, with the most common layout and amenities being as follows. The 4/6 apartments, which can accommodate up to 6 people, have two double bedrooms that can be equipped with a double bed or two single beds, as well as a full bathroom, a double sofa bed in the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the other hand, the 4/8 apartments can accommodate up to 8 people and also have two double bedrooms, a bathroom, two double sofa beds in the living room, and a kitchen with all the amenities. Superior 4/8 apartments: these have the same characteristics, with the addition of a recent renovation to further improve their quality. The kitchen opens onto the living-dining room and is fully equipped with a washing machine, oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchenware. The living room is spacious and has a double sofa bed and television. The bathroom is fully equipped, and the larger apartments include an additional toilet. Most of the apartments have a terrace, ideal for enjoying the fresh air and the good climate of the region. Gandía Familiar 3000 Apartments are designed to offer both comfort and functionality, ensuring a pleasant visit to Gandía. Important notice: In order to guarantee a quiet and pleasant stay for all our guests, we inform you that we do not accept reservations for groups of people under 25 years old. Also, parties and any kind of activity that may cause disturbance to neighbors or damage to the common areas are not allowed.
