Property information

Very bright apartment 100 meters from the Playa de la Tejita, with a 60m2 roof terrace and a 10m2 first floor terrace, with pool and paddle tennis court. Minimalist, natural and relaxing decoration. Free internet (600MB) and parking.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the area of ​​La mareta, Playa de la Tejita (El Médano). Directly opposite you will find a shopping center with a good offer of restaurants as well as supermarket, hairdresser, laundry, fashion shops ... In the same area you can find a playground. To the left of the shopping center is the well-known beach bar "Chiringuito Pirata". La Tejita beach is a beautiful beach that takes its name from the tile form of the mountain located on your left, the red mountain. The beach has a lounge area and a nudist area on its left margin. El Médano, you will find a great local atmosphere, do not miss its wooden boardwalk and its colorful beaches famous for the practice of sports such as kite and windsurfing. The Médano is one of the most charming beaches in the south of Tenerife, whether you are passionate about water sports or want to enjoy a fantastic family day.
