Each simply decorated, air-conditioned apartment has a seating area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, oven and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is also available; there is also a safe deposit box. After check-out, guests can make use of a courtesy room for a quick shower. Fully renovated building, there's access to all the floors, including the attic by elevator. Shops can be found in the streets surrounding the apartments. Access to all floors is available via elevator, and we offer a reception and luggage storage service. The apartments are designed for ultimate comfort, allowing you to focus solely on enjoying the island!

Neighbourhood information

The area where the apartments are located has everything you may need nearby: supermarket, a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops, banks, pharmacy, etc. It is a residential area, so we are far from the party area of ​​Playa d'en Bossa. We are between Ibiza town and the Playa den Bossa area, specifically in the small neighborhood of Es Viver, so within a short walk you can choose between a cosmopolitan atmosphere or a little more partying.
