Apartment complex located 5 minutes walk from Playa de San Agustín, one of the most beautiful and famous beaches on the island of Gran Canaria, which has been the hub of tourism on the island for decades. The complex is located in a quiet area, but close to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, shopping centers, sports activities and nightlife. It is an area well connected by the island's bus and taxi network. As we say, its ideal location means that it can offer different experiences to any client, from the most absolute tranquility and well-being in continuous connection with the sea and the beach; to the wide variety of daytime activities and at nightfall, the most varied fun, passing through the wide and interesting gastronomic offer in the area. The apartments have been renovated in 2021. The apartments are ideal for rest and relaxation in simple and comfortable surroundings. Each apartment has 1 room with 2 beds and a sofa bed, so it can comfortably accommodate 2 to 3 people. Each apartment is equipped with a 32 ”television, complete bathroom with shower and in the kitchen: electric coffee maker, kettle, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob and toaster. If you wish, you can rent the safe that each one owns. The common areas of this complex are made up of 1 swimming pool, solarium and a charming garden area.
